I wasn’t sure what I was in for when I got the call to film behind the scenes with heartthrob Zach Hood for his Weatherman music video. I’ve worked with guys who look cool but bring zero energy—seriously, nothing to work with. Total snooze-fest. But Zach? Complete opposite. This guy’s an absolute gem—super sweet, ready for a laugh, and even willing to brave an in-studio windstorm for the sake of art! The director, Zebulon Griffin from Columinati Films, was equally awesome. We spent 12 hours filming, but it felt like no time at all because it was that much fun! The last scene? Zach, soaking wet in a parking lot, acting like a weatherman during a rainstorm—no warm water, mind you. He was drenched for a solid 30 minutes but then came back to nail our cover shoot like a champ. And honestly? I’m obsessed with how it all turned out.
